Our popular DEWCO Apprenticeship scheme and extensive internal development programmes are an integral part of maintaining our exceptional engineering and design skills. We are proud of our excellent staff retention levels and we believe that our comprehensive in-house training is part of the reason we have so many long-term serving members of staff.
This week we welcome two new budding apprentices, Reese and Clayton (aged 16 and 18), who are embarking on our heating and plumbing programme. They will be working alongside Mark Wright, our Contracts Director, to learn all aspects of this important trade. This 4-year apprenticeship will incorporate a Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ in plumbing and heating, with level 3 including an industry recognised gas qualification.
